FAQ

Do I need to a visa to travel to the UK & Ireland?

If you have a valid U.S. passport then you do not need a visa. Please check the expiration date of your passport, if it expires in 6 months time or less, then we recommend getting an extension immediately.

Are air and hotel costs included in my registration fee?

No, hotel and flight costs are your responsibility. For accommodations, Visit California has secured a room block, however, you will be asked to pay on your own, on departure.  It is not required to stay at the host hotel, however it is recommended for ease. 

Will meals and transportation be included in my registration fee?

Unless specified in the detailed itinerary, meals and transportation are separate to your registraion fee.

What collateral/information do I need to bring with me?

You are free to bring what collateral and information you deem appropriate for use at the specific trade and media events. Number of attendees expected is detailed in the itinerary. You are responsible for ensuring that your collateral makes it to the shipment warehouse in time for overseas shipment. As you are providing us with your key images, logo, finished sales sheet and media stories we will use these resources to create materials in a uniform look and feel (booth images, hand outs, etc). Please ensure you provide all the required information.

Do I need to bring a pop up with me?

You are free to bring a pop up with you to use during the specific trade and media events

Can I bring my spouse/partner/friend along to any of the events or dinners?

Unless specified in the detailed itinerary, we are unable to accommodate spouses or friends at events

What's the dress code for the various events?

Unless specified in the detailed itinerary, business casual is recommended.
